Telecom Engineer Mr. Yann Jaffré has a rich experience of more than 30 years within Telecom Equipment Manufacturers and Fixed and Mobile Telecom Operators where he has held positions of Product Development, Marketing, Director of Technological Strategy, Economic Studies and International Development.

In 2017, he joined the Tactis Group as Associate Director in charge of international development in the telecommunications and energy sector.  For Tactis, he advises investors on the buy or sell side on strategic matters covering all the infrastructure investment TMT spectrum.
