Paulo Gomes is a seasoned advisor and investor with over 30 years of experience in sovereign and corporate advisory. He is the founder of Orango Investment Corporation and co-founder of New Capital African Partners, focusing on strategic investments in Africa.

A former World Bank Executive Director representing 25 African countries, Paulo is a founding member of the African Finance Corporation and the Green Climate Fund. He co-chairs the AfroChampion Initiative and chairs the Bioguinee Foundation and the Africa South East Asia Chamber of Commerce.

He holds an MPA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics and International Trade from Sciences Po.
