Jason Reynard

Regional Managing Director – East Africa, Africa Global Logistics

Jason Reynard is a career logistician with over 30 years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding,
Logistics, Port Concessions, Oil & Gas / Mining Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management in
East and West Africa.

As the current Regional Managing Director for Africa Global Logistics in East Africa, Jason Reynard is
responsible for driving strategy and business development in 10 countries including Kenya, Uganda,
South Sudan, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Eritrea and Egypt.

During the last 10 years in East Africa, Jason has spearheaded the Company’s growth in the region, including expansion into the Horn of Africa (Somalia, Ethiopia) while developing the more established
countries to increased organic growth.

Prior to his current position, Jason was the Group Managing Director of AGL in Ghana and
participated in the successful commissioning and implementation of the MPS Terminal – a Public-
Private Partnership Project in which Meridian Port Services, an AGL company, was awarded
concession as the Terminal Operator in the Port of Tema in 2007.

Jason spent his formative years in the Middle East, was educated in England and graduated from
Manchester Metropolitan University in 1990 with a BSc Hons degree.

He is married with two children and in his spare time enjoys sports, clay pigeon shooting and is
learning to fly.
