Oscar Onyema serves as Chairman of the Boards of all subsidiaries of The Exchange and is the pioneer chairman of NG Clearing Limited. He has served as a Council member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; Board member of FMDQ OTC PLC; and Board member of the National Pension Commission of Nigeria.

At a regional level, Mr. Onyema was the immediate past President of African Securities Exchanges Association and a former chairman of West African Capital Market Integration Council, where he supported efforts to integrate securities markets in the West African sub-region.

On the International front, he sits on the London Stock Exchange Group Africa Advisory Group as well as the Thomson Reuters Africa Advisory Network. He has served as a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Agenda Council on the Future of Financing and Capital.
